How quickly can I expect my delivery?
For standard gifts (not personalised gifts) we always ship within 24 hours and sometimes as quick as an hour. We use Royal Mail & Parcel Force and have a great relationship with them to ensure everything goes as planned. On certain occasions, we may upgrade the delivery method to a carrier we deem more appropriate.
For standard gifts, if you place the order before 4pm, we will send it that day.
With personalised gifts, please check the delivery time on the product page. Express Delivery option is often much faster and sometimes as fast as next day.

Everything is sent from our hub in London.
Where do you ship to?
Mostly the United Kingdom but we do also have international delivery options.
I'm sending this direct to a friend, do you include prices in the package sent?
Not as standard. You can rest assured we will not include the price paid or any invoice in any gift sent (unless you request us to).
What payment options are there?
We use secure payment and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay & PayPal.

What if an item shows out of stock?
All items showing out of stock are generally back in stock in 7-10 days. Feel free to message us to ask for the estimated time or bookmark our page and check back soon.

We like to look after our customers so we go above and beyond with our returns policy. We keep it simple and no receipt is required.
You are not restricted by the below policy and we are always willing to come to some resolution so please contact us if you are not 100% happy.
If you happen to receive a faulty product we will offer you a full refund, replacement or store credit (you choose what one). This is available 30 days once you receive the product.
After the 30 days, we will still offer to repair or replace the item up to 6 months from once you receive the product.
If you simply changed your mind about the product, we understand so just get in contact with us and we will sort it out for you. Please just do this in the first 30 days from when you receive the product. If you changed your mind, please keep the item unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Due to the nature of personalised gifts and mystery gifts, these are non-refundable, unless faulty.
All returns will be credited back to the same card they were purchased on.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you return an item we will refund the amount you paid for the item plus the price of standard shipping.
On occasions, we may upgrade the shipping method to a carrier we deem more appropriate for your delivery.
